How long does a ceramic coating actually last?
Depending on the package, between 3 and 10 years. The Apex package carries a full 10-year manufacturer-backed warranty — one of the longest available in Australia.
Do I need paint correction before coating?
If your paint has swirls, holograms, or oxidation — yes. Coating over defects locks them in permanently. We assess every car honestly and will tell you exactly what it needs before we start.
Mobile or in-studio?
Decontamination and prep work can be done mobile. All coating and correction work is performed at our Padstow studio under controlled conditions for the best possible result.
How long does it take?
A full correction and coating package typically takes 1–3 days depending on paint condition and package selected. We'll give you an honest timeline when you enquire.
Is the warranty claimable?
Yes. As a Prizm-accredited installer, the warranties we offer are manufacturer-backed and fully claimable — not just a verbal assurance from the detailer.
